Kain McArthur Welcomes New Addition to Sales Leadership Team

Morales will serve as a Solutions Specialist and Corporate Chef for Kain McArthur. She will be based out of the Kansas City office and responsible for dealer sales accounts, key end-users including multi-unit operators, schools and culinary professionals.

Morales has already begun her training with Kain McArthur and is excited to begin building partnerships with Kain McArthur’s industry leading factories.

When looking for her next opportunity Morales knew she wanted to utilize both her educational degrees and combine them with her interest in sales. “Based on my experience and education, I offer unique expertise in a variety of foodservice environments that will enable me to find the best solutions that are right for Kain McArthur customers,” says Morales. “I am looking forward to successfully impacting businesses and their overall customer experience.”

Morales graduated from Johnson County Community College with an Associates Culinary degree. Most recently, she obtained a degree in Organizational Leadership from MidAmerica Nazarene University while working for a local Foodservice Dealer. She brings with her 10 years of experience in the foodservice industry including operational achievements as a Chef Intern and Kitchen Manager at several fine dining establishments in both the US and Peru. With her energy, enthusiasm and industry experience, Morales will be an amazing asset to the continued growth and success of Kain McArthur.
